Chiropractic Adjustments
Dr. Valdez utilizes various adjustment techniques including: manual manipulation, activator, drop table, and flexion distraction. She believes every patient is unique, therefore each person may require a different style of treatment.
Dry needling can help with myofascial, muscular, neurological, and skeletal pain, as well as, movement impairments. The needles are similar to acupuncture needles but are directed into the affected muscles or joints that are causing you pain.
Dr. Valdez may prescribe and have you perform in office exercises and/or stretches to improve range of motion, muscle tonicity, and your body's functionality. She also may perform electrical muscle stimulation, cold laser, or other therapies to aid in your healing.
